This point is very closely related to Vitamin B1 — Thiamine. It is two fingers width to the right of the middle of the parting.
Without Thiamine the organism is unable to optimally utilise the other Vitamin Bs; so if there is a weakness in the whole of the Vitamin B complex, this point to the right of the parting must be taken into consideration.
People which are chronically tired, have no appetite or have a general weakness should obey this point. It also shows if alcohol is consumed on an ongoing basis. The function and reaction of this point also must be particularly taken into account in dysrhythmia, shortness of breath, inflammation of the nerves, muscle aches and burning or prickling of the hands and feet. It must also be taken into consideration in people who do very heavy manual labour and suffer from chronic unnatural muscle pain.
If there is frequent burning or tingling in the hands and feet, the reaction of this point needs to be watched since it is then usually without feeling and needs to be supported by a light massage with a stone from the 7. Chakra.
There is a high Vitamin B1 content in sprouts, whole wheat grain, nuts, yeast, milk, potatoes, green veggies and offal.
Bromium deficiency must be tested and treated two fingers width to the left of the centre of the crown.
Bromium helps to stabilise the body’s own resistance. The Bromium salts have a calming effect on the central nervous system, testing and treatment of this point must be taken into consideration particularly with hyperactive children. One should also be cautious when taking tranquillisers for a long time, as these often contain Bromium bonds.
If there is an excess of Bromium in the organism, skin and mucous membrane diseases may occur and possibly respiratory problems.
If there is pain or numbness, the Chlorine point should also be checked, because an excess of Bromium might build up in the body on a low-salt diet. This is deposited in the body but not processed.
In homeopathy, Bromium is used i. e. against whooping cough and other illnesses of the respiratory tract and against swollen glands in the head area.
Massaging the Bromium point with Celestine, Prehnite or Heliodor may sometimes relieve those complaints.
Protein deficiency — particularly a deficiency of healthy protein in the organism — is tested by pressing and massaging a point approximately two fingers width behind the middle hair line — if it is painful or numb.
A kinesiologically working therapist will ask the patient to rub a few hairs from the hair line, while he carries out the muscle test — while he mentally concentrates on the “protein” subject in order to get a clear answer.
A disturbance at this point occurs must likely if a person has had to deal with spoiled, putrid animal protein. Although we also absorb a lot of phytoproteins from fruits and vegetables, these natural foods do not cause an imbalance at this point, presumably because fruit and vegetable contain all eight vital amino acids. If one does come across metabolic disturbances, they would show up at a conspicuous Pepsin point.
Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins, because of their colloidal consistency they bond water and are responsible for the water transport in the organism and serve particularly to give the body structure and support. If there is an imbalance in the direction of the a protein deficiency — or the poor processing of the proteins supplied to the body, this point will become noticeable.
As pollen contains large amounts of protein, I recommend a patient in case of an acute attack to stimulate immediately the three points for „Protein”, „Ribonucleic acid” and „Vitamin A”. This can be done any time by hand, but preferably you should use a Rock crystal or an Amber.
In an acute episode a massage of these three points give quick relief. The first two points help that the body’s own proteins once again start reacting to the foreign protein, by massaging the right eye lid, circulation is improved, which normalises the circulation and respiration. It is also advantageous to pinch strongly the Manganese point to the left of the navel.
To restore the balance of healthy protein it is very helpful to rub or slightly massage the area behind the hairline with an Aquamarine or a Sugilite.
Compresses on the forehead with water from one of these stones has also been used successfully in many cases.
Poor metabolic processing of protein, however, does not show at this point but around the tip of the sternum — this is described with the individual points for protein digestion, i. e. Pepsin and Hydrochloric acid.
If the point directly between the eye brows is sensitive or numb, there is a Ribonucleic acid deficiency.
The RNA is composed of a chain of nucleotides, which consist of the sugar Ribose, of Phosphoric acid, Purina and Pyrimidine base.
This point shows basically the Nucleic acid metabolism, where Uric acid is the falling-off product.
If it feels painful, it should — after treatment of the weak-tested tissue point between the collar bone and the shoulder joint — definitely be treated first, as it has a control function especially in case of respiratory diseases.
Finally all persons allergic to pollen have to stimulate especially these following points: Protein — Ribonucleic acid — Vitamin A.
If there is an imbalance towards a Protein deficiency, this point will be sensitive to pressure. The test points for the actual protein digesting enzymes are to the right and the left of the breast bone.
This point lies in the little dimple at the outer edge of the corner of the right eye and signalises a Vitamin B5 deficiency if it is sensitive to pressure.
Pantothenic acid — another name for Vitamin B5 — intervenes with the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates and proteins and helps the body in the detoxification (mainly in the secretion of pharmaceutical products). It also promotes the metabolism of the skin and hair growth (even if lumps of hair fall out) and helps generally fighting infections.
It also takes part in the production of Coenzyme A in the body.
A gentle massage of this point is beneficial with sun burn and functional disturbances of the suprarenal cortex (e. g. formation of cortisone).
A Chrysoberyl or a Tanzanite is optimally suited to stimulate this small hollow.
Vitamin B5 is present in peas, cauliflower, maize, mushrooms, grains, yeast, rice bran, potatoes and offal.
This point signals a Vitamin and/or Provitamin A deficiency; by pressing the right eyelid slightly, the therapist can check the Vitamin and/or Provitamin A supply in the patients body — if there is a deficiency, a slight pressure is perceived as unpleasant.
This is quite common — presumably because of the great strain our eyes suffer from the constant stimulation. If there is a Vitamin A deficiency, a person might become night-blind — or suffer from inflammation of the mucous membrane or problems with bone growth. The skin too reacts to a lack of this vitamin — it becomes dry and forms calluses, warts and corns.
Vitamin A also has an influence on the thyroid gland and the liver and Hydrochloric acid secretion in the stomach, if there is a deficiency.
The natural presence in apricots, broccoli, butter, egg yolk, green salads, carrots, liver, fish from the sea, milk, green peppers, parsley, spinach, tomatoes etc. should be sufficient to satisfy normal demand. However, if Provitamin A is lacking, it can only mean that the body is unable to utilise the offered Provitamin.
In case of patients with corns, warts, acne or brittle hair and nails you need to check also the points for Pancreatic juices and Bile acid, because if there is a deficiency, the fat-soluble Vitamin A is not sufficiently utilised. For gentle massaging use a Dumortierit or a Staurolith.
Patients with POLLEN-ALLERGY need to have the Protein, Ribonucleic acid and Vitamin A point stimulated. Even during an acute episode the treatment of these points will result in fast relief, particularly if a Rock Crystal or an Amber is used.
The first two points help in the body’s own protein reacting once again to the foreign protein. By gently massaging the right eye lid the circulation is improved, thus normalising blood circulation and breathing. It is also an advantage to pinch briskly the Manganese point to the left of the navel.
Another point lies on the left eye lid and means — if it is sensitive to pressure — that there is a slight Vitamin B6 deficiency and/or a dysfunction in the utilisation of the offered vitamin.
If this point feels almost numb, there is a greater Vitamin B6 deficiency.
This vitamin is necessary for the protein and cell-metabolism, among others for the synthesis of Niacin from Tryptophane and is needed for forming some tissue hormones like Histamine, Serotonin, Epinephrine and others.
If there is a Vitamin B6 deficiency, seborrhoic changes of the skin may occur as well as muscle degeneration or diseases of the nerves. When pregnant women get nauseous they need to drink more and enrich their diet with Vitamin B6 containing nutrients so that neither the mothers nor their future children later suffer from this deficiency.
Also, if this vitamin is deficient Calcium and Phosphor cannot be properly utilised and Iron absorption is not optimally guaranteed, so these points also need to be stimulated, ideally with a Citrin, an Onyx or a Tourmaline.
Vitamin B6 is sufficiently present in yeast, liver, salads, green vegetables, bananas, barley and maize, milk, egg yolk and fish.
On the left side of the head, at the outer corner of the eye, is the test and massage point for Folic acid, which also falls within the group of the Vitamin Bs.
Folic acid (Vitamin B9) influences the elasticity of the mucous membranes of the intestines. A deficiency might result in decreased Leukocytes, Lymphocytes and Thrombocytes, inflammatory processes in the mucous membranes of the mouth and irregular bone growth.
This point can also be painful with bacterial inflammations — here gentle massaging of the Folic acid point with Pyrite or Sodalite may be beneficial. To produce precious stone drinking water, use only Sodalite or Snowflake-Obsidian in order to reduce susceptibility to infections.
The body gets Folic acid with milk, cheese, beer yeast, dark leafy vegetables, pulse, liver, kidneys.
This point above the upper lip between the upper lip and the start of the
nose is closely related to Molybdenum. It is frequently sensitive to pressure.
Molybdenum activates the metabolic functions and regulates the Copper household. When it is deficient, normal Protein metabolism is not possible.
Mobilising this trace element improves intestinal flora and reduces gas formation in the intestines and helps with uric acid production. If this point is sensitive to pressure it often indicates prone to infections and/or skin diseases.
It is predominantly present in the body in the liver and kidneys via which it is often secreted if it could not be utilised.
Molybdenum is mainly found in pulse, whole grain products, beer yeast, vegetables, cereals, potatoes, maize, rice, nuts and cocoa.
In order to improve the Molybdenum supply or its utilisation, the best stones would be Scheelit or a Wulfenite (4th Chakra) or Molybdenum-Glimmer (7th Chakra) which are rarely to find.
The Potassium point at the right corner of the lower jaw (when the teeth are clenched, in the corner of lower jaw and the Masseter muscle) is rarely sensitive to pressure, as Potassium is contained in almost all food and especially in cheese and potatoes (very rich in Potassium), our principal food.
If only one of these foodstuffs is not properly utilized by the organism, the body seems to be Potassium-deficient. In these cases Potassium is eliminated via the intestines and the kidneys instead of being available in the cells and the blood-serum.
In this case massaging this point is very helpful — specially when using one of the stones for the 3. Chakra as Amazonite, or Cyanith (Disthen).
Potassium is necessary for the conduction system at the heart and its muscle activity and it needs to be available in a certain proportion to Sodium in the body, in order to ensure the necessary activity of muscles and nerves. This mineral is also part of the digestive juices and thus directly involved in the food-metabolism.
If blood pressure lowering medication or water-reducing medication is taken over a longer period of time, or after a weight reducing diet, unpleasant reactions may occur as Potassium is instrumental in controlling the water metabolism and the acid-alkaline balance.
Potassium is rich in apricots, bananas, dried fruit, fish, elder berries, cacao, black/red currents, cherries, soya beans, spinach, nuts, pistachios and mushrooms.
Potassium also occurs in smaller concentrations in most other food so that one is dealing more with inadequate utilisation and an imbalance of Potassium and Sodium if the point is painful or numb.
For massaging this point we have a rich choice among the minerals, in order to help the body in a lack or an inadequate utilization.
From the 1. Chakra the Adular, Charoite, Lepidolite, Microcline, Moonstone, Orthoclase,
from the 2. Chakra the Lapislazuli,
from the 3. Chakra the Amazonite, Cyanite,
from the 4. Chakra the Apophyllite,
from the 5. Chakra the Indigolith, Hawk’s-eye,
and from the New Age stones the Sugilite from the 7. Chakra, which operates especially in the head area.
In homeopathy, Potassium (or Sodium) in its various solutions is also often used, e. g. as Potassium asparginat, Potassium dichromate, Potassium carbonate (or Sodium carbonate), Potassium phosphate, Sodium chloride — to mention but a few. This shows how incredibly important is the balanced function in the body.
If the nourishment contains enough salt, there is hardly an abnormal reaction noticeable, if the Sodium point is tested. It is found in the angle of the left lower jaw.
As mentioned before, Sodium has a close relationship to Potassium and regulates the water metabolism, the acid-alkaline balance and is important for the nervous system and the function of the muscles.
Together with Chlorine we find Sodium in our normal salt for cooking.
Some people are afraid to use salt, and in this case the test might be a bit weak and the point sensible. But enough Sodium is vital for our nerves. However, this can usually be corrected in a short time.
If too much salt is eaten it is possible that the kidneys no longer manage to secrete the salt excessively present in the organism. Often the body reacts with sweat — but this is not the right way. It is a better idea to take smaller amounts of salt, and if there is a craving, to rather massage the point at the left lower jaw.
We find also parts of Sodium in different stones:
1 Chakra Brazilianite, Jade, Moonstone
2 Chakra Lapislazuli, Sodalite
- Chakra Amazonite, Labradorite or Spektrolite, Larimare
- Chakra Agate, Indigolith, Schorl rock, Verdelite 7.
