At the central starting point between the clavicles in a little hollow is the test

and therapy point for Iodine.

The thyroid gland is the largest iodine-storing organ, because it contains approximately 3/4 of the Iodine contained in the body which is necessary to form two very important thyroid hormones. These hormones regulate the body temperature, the oxygen metabolism, and have an influence on the central nervous system and participate in the utilisation of our individual food components (Proteins, Fats, Carbohydrates). Iodine is also supposed to strengthen hair.

However, because of Iodine-containing tap water (Switzerland) this point is rarely pressure-sensitive. This may be the case in insomnia, inner unrest, severe sweating or loss of hair — and in this case one should consider a hyper-function.

If this zone feels rather numb, one might consider an Iodine deficiency which is visible when the thyroid is enlarged. In such cases, the food should increasingly include eggs, mushrooms, spinach, kale, dairy products, carrots, broccoli, nuts and fish from the sea in order to balance the deficiency.

In addition and in any case, the Iodine point needs to be massaged regularly as in most cases the Iodine utilisation and/or hormone forming of the thyroid is not in order.

Iodine is contained in Coral and Pearl. So use Coral to massage the point and drink drops of water, in which the Pearl has been soaked. Ideally one should keep the drops a few seconds in the mouth so that the energy of the Pearl gets close to the Iodine point.

It is necessary to consult your doctor to eventually substitute Iodine tablets.

Vitamin E deficiency may be tested via a point which lies on the right-hand side of the body in the middle and at the lower edge of the clavicle. It is frequently slightly sore — particularly in menopausal women -, usually with a rather unpleasant feeling at the Gold point (on the back).

The incorrect utilisation of Vitamin E occurs most likely in hormonal dysfunctions, connective tissue diseases caused by muscles or rheumatism and people with open sores on legs — but also in pituitary gland dysfunctions or when the teeth appear to feel lose.

With a sensible and varied diet, the body generally gets enough Vitamin E, because it is contained in sufficient quantities in leafy vegetables, egg yolk, milk, butter, maize germ oil, beef liver, soya beans, whole grain products and wheat germ oil.

For massaging this point optimally suited are:

Fluorite or Lapislazuli which belong to the 2. Chakra from Crystal-structure. As to the colours the stones influence the 4th, 5th and 6th Chakra.

The next point refers to Chlorophyll, the green colour in our plants and/or the Oxygen utilisation in our organism. The point is at the lower inner corner between breastbone and the clavicle on the right hand side of the body.

Chlorophyll converts light energy into chemical energy and facilitates assimilation of Carbon dioxide (photo synthesis) by absorbing light energy.

The chemical constitution is similar to that of Haem in the reduced Haemoglobin — since this contains Iron, a weak muscle test of the Chlorophyll point usually shows Iron deficiency and thus also shows up in that point and is particularly significant there.

An interesting mineral for improving and building up the oxygen utilisation is Coral — which operates in all Chakras. Place some Coral overnight in some water and then make poultices on the abdomen (Iron region).

Use Haematite, a Smoked Quartz or a Ruby for massaging. All three stones belong to the 5th Chakra — but because of their colours they have an effect down to earth, and they give stabilization and stability.

On the left side of the sternum is the point for Riboflavin or Vitamin B2.

It plays a major part as a metabolism catalyst in the process of energy gain from fats, carbohydrates and amino acids.

This point needs to be rarely massaged — mainly in patients with a generally weak digestion, gastro-intestinal problems and children with growth problems.

Vitamin B2 deficiency tends to result in skin and mucous membrane diseases and often results in damaged eyes (particularly of the retina), and it is likely, therefore, that the RNA point (between the eyes) tests additionally weak and this point has to be treated before..

Both points should be massaged with a Beryl stone or a Tanzanite.

The Vitamin C point is found in the same position as the Vitamin E point, but on the left-hand side of the body, at the lower edge of the clavicle, towards the middle.

Vitamin C is probably one of the best known vitamins and is needed in a — higher amount than the other vitamins especially to increase the body’s resistance.

Vitamin C assist with Iron absorption from food, while an excess of Zinc makes it worse.

In patients who tend to bleed below the skin (also couperosis), or if their teeth become lose or if the skin is rough and tears easily (in spite of proper care), one can here most likely expect an abnormal reaction. If the hydrogen transfer in the organism does not work properly, massaging this point in connection with the Hydrogen point is very beneficial.

During the period rich in berries, fruit and vegetables there will hardly be a Vitamin C deficiency — in winter we can prevent a possible deficiency by eating citrus fruit; kiwi, cashew nuts and Brussels sprouts. Thus there is rarely any feeling of numbness but rather an unpleasant pain (especially only if the dosage of Vitamin C is too high), because the organism is unable to break down the excess of Vitamin C (risk of uric stone formation).

At the bottom edge of a small bone at the front of the left shoulder joint (on the level of the thymus gland) is the point for Lecithin. This zone is most easily found if you move the hand, exerting a little pressure, at the left shoulder joint from the bottom to the top — until it meets resistance.

Lecithin is in the cell membranes — its task is to convert low-grade protein blocks into high-grade blocks which are necessary for the growth of the cell core. Lecithin is able to improve the functions of the brain and nerves.

It will be pressure-sensitive in people with learning difficulties and tiredness. Lecithin also influences fat digestion and is useful to prevent fatty degeneration of the liver.

Lecithin mainly occurs in egg yolk and in soya beans as well as in liver and kidney. Be careful here, as toxins animals have absorbed are also stored in these organs. It also occurs in stinging nettles.

If there are very unpleasant diffuse complaints in the head area, taking a Lecithin containing remedy should be taken into consideration, but this needs to be checked with the therapist.

If the Lecithin point is conspicuous, the Phosphor (below the navel) and the Bile acid (at the back of the neck) points need to be taken into consideration. If the Lecithin point is painful, ideally all three points should be massaged one after the other with a Zircon or a Moldavit.

This test and therapy point, which is four fingers breadth below the Iodine point (in the thymus gland region), may indicate an Orotic acid deficiency and/or a Vitamin B13 deficiency. This zone is slightly raise when a finger is gently moved up and down the sternal bone.

As Orotic acid fulfils an important function in the body, it was given the name Vitamin B13. Orotic acid is absorbed by the liver and increases the protein and nucleic acid synthesis.

A deficiency of this vitamin is frequently found mainly in people with weak memory, bad concentration, growth problems of children and slow regulation after an illness.

The intestinal flora reacts sensitively if Vitamin B13 metabolism is not balanced. Vitamin B13 also supports the effect of Vitamin B12 in its function for the Nucleic acid metabolism. In case of a weak Vitamin B12-point, please give a massage to both points — Vitamin B13 and Vitamin B12.

For massaging, use Hawk’s eye, Celestine or Heliodor.

Orotic acid is available in whey, milk and yeast. Therefore it may be possible that additionally the Acidophilus point (utilization of lactic acid) is also slightly painful.

Inosite deficiency is tested on the right mamillar line at the level of the axillary. This point can be easily found on an intersection between an imaginary line between the tip of the sternum and the Acute tissue point (right) and a line at the level of the axillary fold.

This substance has vitamin characteristics and participates in the transport of fats after bonding with Phosphoric acid. Inosite is a vital nutrient and has to be added with our food, as it is not produced in our body.

While on a cholesterol diet, Inosite prevents fatty degeneration of the liver. This means that this point will feel painful in patients whose liver metabolism is not in order.

Together with Vitamin E and Choline, Inosite is also indicated in progressive muscle dystrophy. Particular attention must thus be paid to the characteristics of Vitamin E and the point discussed here in patients with this disease.

Two fingers below the Orotic acid point is the second point for controlling a radio-active trace element — Rhodium. It belongs to the group of Platinum and is used with catalytic converters.

If there is atmospheric pollution or dense road traffic or a patient has been in hospital, there may be pain or numbness at this point, which, however, improves easily after a slight massage ideally with Wulfenite, Chrysocoll or a Boji stone.

In time, the organism develops its own defence against this metal which might be very important if poor quality china is used because its colours often contain Rhodium. It is also in mirrors (particularly in hot countries) and in chemical laboratories — which is the reason why workers in such places more often show a weak Rhodium and/or Platinum point than other people.

At the intersection between lines from the tip of the breast bone and the left shoulder joint, in the axillar fold, is the test area for Sulphur.

This mineral is a building block for Cystein, Cystin and Methionine — and it is closely related to Vitamin Bl, Biotin, Insulin and Keratin, which is needed for the growth of hair and nails. Sulphur also plays a major part in the digestive juices of the stomach.

Sulphur is important as well as in the growth of connective tissue, skin and mucous membranes and also for detoxification of the organism (together with Methionine) — the metabolic products thus created are secreted with the urine.

If somebody is on a diet for losing weight or on a detox where Epsom salts etc. are used for intestinal cleansing, the body should be supported by massaging the Sulphur point with a Sulphur-containing stone (see below).

Heavy metal poisoning occur as professional allergies and may lead to conspicuous reactions. If there is great sensitivity to pain, consult a therapist who should check all points again — while using the toxin information from the place of work, which the patient needs to hold in his hand.

Sulphur is recommended in shampoos for dandruff and as a bath additive in illnesses of the joints. In addition, the Sulphur point should be massaged to improve the body’s absorption ability, ideally with a stone.

Since precious stones often contain Sulphur bonds, we have rather a large selection from which to choose to stimulate detoxification.

  1. Chakra Azurite, Jade or Selenite,
  2. Chakra Lead glimmer, Fluorite, Lapislazuli, Pyrite or Zinkblende,
  3. Chakra Labradorite or Spektrolite, Larimare and Turquoise
  4. Chakra Chalcopyrite
  5. Chakra Calcite, Citrine, Hawk’s eye, Jasper, Ruby, Sapphire, Tiger-eye, Tigeriron and Cinnabarit or Cinnober
  6. Chakra Antimonite, Copper gloss and Markasite
  7. Chakra Apatite and Molybdenum.

To prepare drinking water you can use especially Amber, which has not a special structure. Therefore it is effective on all parts of the body.

Depending on where the problems occur in the body, it is recommended to soak the individual precious stone in water for a few days and then use that for poultices, baths and washing.

If the emphasis is on stronger hair or nails, use an Apatite and wash the hair before using a normal shampoo, or bathe the hands for a few minutes daily in this solution.

Two fingers below the Inosite point is the test and therapy point for Tin.

Tin is used as a solder and together with Copper you get bronze. It is also wanted for alloys which are used in the conservation of food.

So there is a chance that people who eat lots of canned food have a weak point.

In homeopathy Tin is for general regeneration and strengthens people who are weak, but also against arthritis and other detox processes. Support with Tin in minimal doses is beneficial to the liver.

Of all the metals, Tin is the least toxic and is also contained in the saliva glands of the mouth and stomach — and this helps in the overall digestion processes of the gastro-intestinal tract.

Directly to the left of the sternum in the intercostal space between the 5th and the 6th rib is the point for Pangamic acid or the Vitamin B15 metabolism. This space can still be felt, further down the ribs are much closer to each other attached to the sternum.

Vitamin B15 or Pangamic acid, as it is also called, may be considered as one of the most important vitamins, as it stimulates the metabolic processes in the muscle and nerve cells and is necessary for resistance to infection.

Vitamin B15 also plays an important part in the cortex, liver, kidneys and the heart. For a certain time, Pangamic acid is even able to compensate for an oxygen deficiency in the heart.

In this case it is helpful to use an Apophyllite or Zircon for massaging the point, or to make poultices on the chest with water made from one of these stones.

However, if the point is very painful, consult a doctor to exclude serious cardiac defect.

In cases of rheumatic diseases, this Vitamin B15 point also often tests weak. In this situation it is recommended to glue small slivers of Garnet or Sodalith to the painful areas or to make precious stone water and use it for poultices.

Rice bran and seed contains larger amounts of Vitamin B15, so during winter when we get less oxygen from the plants, it is useful to make sprouts.

If you move vertically upwards from the front edge of the elbow in the direction of the shoulder joint you meet, one hands width up, the start of the deltoid muscle. At this point, a possible Vitamin P deficiency may be tested.

There might be a Vitamin P (Rutin) deficiency in people who suffer from oedema, tend to have tissue bleeding (also frequent nose bleeding, gum bleeding and bleeding of the retina).

Vitamin P supports the effect of Vitamin C in the human organism.

Vitamin P is in buck wheat, citrus fruit, black currents, rosehip and green peppers.

To massage the point use Gold, Copper, Olivine or Peridot, Amber or Obsidian.

The point for CO 2 is at the tip of the deltoid of the left arm.

Carbon is an important component of the earth, one of the most frequent elements — Carbon gives stability to the plants. CO 2 is the end-product of the oxidation metabolism, when carbohydrates, protein and fats are burned, and stimulates the respiratory centre. The muscle may feel painful in people suffering from asthma and after an anaesthesia — treatment of this point generally needs to be repeated.

Coral is well suited for this.

CO 2 also has a close relationship to the Biotin metabolism (see there).

It is interesting that in hot summers this point is more frequently weak than during the cooler time of the year. If there is too much Carbon-dioxide around, headaches may occur or diffuse ear aches or ear ringing — but this has got nothing to do with tinnitus.

Carbon occurs in an almost pure form in Diamonds (2. Chakra), Graphite (7. Chakra), Aragonite (6. Chakra), Amber, Coral, Pearl and Fossilised wood.

If the point is conspicuous, massage it with Amber or a so-called Herkimer Diamond. This stone belongs to the group of Quartz but this stone is not as expensive as the well-known Diamond. The beautiful form with double-ends and special structure inside qualify the Herkimer diamond for massaging this point. It improves oxygen processing in the body.

If the CO 2-point is very sensitive, affix a Pearl to it or sew a Pearl to the inside of the sleeve, for stimulation.

The point for Fumaric acid is four fingers breadth below the right axilla on the side line.

This acid is important for the biosynthesis of urea. A deficiency may be caused by the body having difficulties with the break-down of Tyrosine, which, i. a. is needed for the synthesis of the hormones of the Thyroid gland and the suprarenal medulla.

There is also often a Fumaric acid deficiency in people who are short of breath or have skin problems, mainly dry skin.

For massaging use an Amazonite or a Rhodonite.

— The metabolism point for Vitamin K is four fingers below the left axilla on the lateral line.

This vitamin greatly influences the hormonal system, particularly the thyroid gland and the liver. If the utilisation of Vitamin K is inhibited due to the defective composition and effect of the intestinal flora, there may well be a deficiency.

The liver needs Vitamin K to produce Prothrombin (for blood clotting) — which means that this point more often feels painful if there is an inclination to bleeding. In cases of retina bleeding, make compresses with Zircon water. Furthermore, attention should be paid to the Phosphorus, Lecithin and Bile acid points — if there is pain, stimulate all four points.

This vitamin is contained in: Spinach, cauliflower, white cabbage, potatoes, tomatoes, strawberries, rosehip, plant oils.

NB: Vitamin K is light sensitive — but can take the heat.

The point to establish a Methionine deficiency is two fingers width above the tip of the breast bone.

Methionine is an essential Sulphur containing amino acid (Protein builder) and thus important for the production of Protein. It protects the intestinal and gastric mucous membrane. Interference with the resorption can result in cramps, mental handicap and foul-smelling diarrhoea.

If there is severe environmental strain, this area is sometimes stressed, but may be easily corrected by gentle massaging of the point, most successfully with a stone from the 3. Chakra.

It was also found that if there is an excess of Thiamine (which favours fat storage in the liver) there is a Methionine deficiency in the organism. These disorders can be successfully influenced by massaging this point or both.

Two points — they are to the right and/or left of the Tip of the breast bone, between the sternum and the beginning of the ribs — are connected with the digestion of protein. If there is a Pepsin or a Hydrochloric acid deficiency in the stomach, often protein neither animal nor vegetable origin can be optimally utilised.

Special cells in the gastric mucous membrane are able to form Hydrochloric acid, for which sufficient oxygen supply is needed. Pepsin — an enzyme used for protein break-down — is formed in the gastric membranes, a process which also requires Hydrochloric acid.

If one of these areas feel painful or numb, treating them is extremely successful — usually with Hydrochloric acid — since it stimulates the control mechanism.

Massaging of the point with Calcite, Sard or Bismuth stone is excellent, as the protein-breaking-down digestive juices are stimulated.

Since Hydrochloric acid is the watery solution in Hydrogen chloride, the zones for Chlorine (at the lower left intercostal arch) and for Hydrogen (at the right hip joint) need to be stimulated if this pint is very painful.

In principle pain will be caused in a numb point when it is massaged, which afterwards dies down once the patient gets out of the chronic situation and the event has been changed to an acute episode — from which the utilisation of the relevant proteins can then be balanced.

Around these two points at the tip of the sternum, in a 5 — 6 cm diameter, is the area for the control of the metabolising of all proteins through gastric and intestinal enzymes. This deals with the break-down of foreign proteins and the forming of body-compatible amino acids for the human organism.

This area around the breastbone also has to do with auto-aggression diseases and disturbances of the immune system (see description of the 3. Chakra).

To stimulate the zone use almond oil (Reichel, Miltenberg) for massaging, which contains energetically transferred information of various proteins and their therapy frequencies. This particular almond oil generally stimulates the protein metabolism and may also support the effect of a precious stone from the 3rd Chakra.

Directly at the tip of the breast bone is the point for a Co-enzyme 0 or Ubichinon deficiency.

Ubichinon is the building block of ATP synthesis — it belongs to the Hydrogen transferring co-enzymes. Because of its participation as a Co-enzyme in the electron-transporting system of the respiratory chain, Ubichinon is also called Co-enzyme Q or Vitamin Q 10.

Vitamin Q 10 also supports the immune system however, its effect decreases with age.

Ubichinon also plays an important part in the muscle and hormone building cells in the myocardium and in the nerve and fat metabolism.

If there is a recurring sudden drop in performance due to stress, a deficiency might arise in time in this area — which means the point reacts either with pain or with numbness. As long as the body is able to fight the derailment, there is usually pain, but once the organism has resigned, the point is more likely to be numb.

If this point is frequently painful and thus needs to be massaged often, the Fumaric acid point should also be treated, since both substances are in close relation with each other or dependent on each other.

Also, some thought should be given to the fact whether one wants to get well again — or whether there is still so much attachment to the old emotional problem that — inwardly — one has actually resigned. In these cases a therapist needs to be consulted who should try and figure out the underlying problem

For massaging use Chrysoberyl, Celestine or Amber.

The Niacin point is a little more difficult to find. Let the patients right arm hang loosely, then ask him to lift the lower arm; then put the test-finger through the curve formed between the lower and the upper arm. Ask the patient to lift the lower arm. During this process the finger normally slides a few centimetres up — and the point is found in the space between two ribs. If the arm is immediately flexed one is usually too far to the outside of the lateral line; this has got to do with the mobility of the shoulder joint.

The human organism is able to produce Niacin from the Amino acid Tryptophane and not only by absorbing it from food.

If there is a deficiency, there will be disorders of the intestinal tract, particularly the carbo-hydrate metabolism, but also poor blood forming. Also, the nervous system reacts sensitively to a lack of Nicotine acid, as well as the patient feels dizzy, tired or suffers from insomnia.

One must expect to find the point painful after skin and mucous membrane diseases, particularly after excessive amounts of medicine (drug abuse) have been taken.

Massage with a Fluorite or Sugilith is helpful.

This vitamin is contained in yeast, cereal, fruit, vegetables, milk and offals.

In order to find out whether there is a Silica deficiency, i. e. correct utilization the patient must let the left lower arm hang and then bring it up. At the level of the curve formed between the lower and the upper arm and the intercostal space between the 10th and the 11th rib is the test and therapy point for Silicic acid (the exact description to find the point is under Niacin).

After oxygen, Silica is the most common element — skin diseases (chronic eczema etc.), weakness of connective tissue and retreating gums, i. a., are all signs of Silica deficiency.

Silicic acid is needed by the organism to ensure a certain firmness and elasticity of the connective tissue and the cartilage in the joints. This tissue salt is necessary for the growth of hair and nails and also positively influences the nervous system.

Silica, apart from Vitamin D, Phosphorus and hormones, is also needed for Calcium absorption from food — i. e. for the Calcium metabolism of teeth and bones.

Since Silicic acid is found in green beans, onions and, particularly grains, the Silica point should be continuously checked and treated in patients with these allergies.

To build up Silica, all stones from the trigonal Crystal group are available, as well as Rhodonite, Cyanite (Disthene), Zircon and Opal.

Soak the stone over night in water, sip the liquid during the day and put a few drops on the affected skin parts.
