The test point for Lacto bacteria Acidophilus is at the lower rib in the middle of the right costal arch. If it feels painful, this is an indication of serious disorders of the intestinal flora — which can be influenced successfully by treating this point. If it is painful it usually means that the intestinal flora is dysfunctional — but this can be remedied by massage.
In these cases, the enzyme complex which is associated with Acidophilus, is not well suited to split genuine protein into amino acids (this occurs frequently in tumour patients). In cases where the Acidophilus test is weak —i. e., where bacteria are absent from the intestines and/or is insufficiently available — additional enemas have the greatest effect since here Acidophilus does not only show its bactericide effect, but also its beneficial effect on the intestinal peristalsis. Please consult the therapist.
This point, together with the Silica point, is usually painful in patients who suffer from a dairy allergy. It should be treated frequently with Wulfenite or Tinstone. Enemas with water from these stones and a Rock Crystal are excellently suited to build up the intestinal flora.
Exactly in the middle between the test and therapy point of Acidophilus and Bitters lies the Bismuth point on the right-hand side of the body at the lower costal arch.
This is pressure-sensitive or numb in patients with inflammatory diseases of the mucous membranes of the stomach and intestines. It will also react in women who have been using lipstick or nail varnish with Mother-of-pearl effect, because Bismuth is used in the production of this gloss effect.
It is recommended that this point is repeatedly stimulated in patients who receive chemotherapy and, if possible, a homeopathic doctor should prescribe Bismuth in a D6 potency so that damage to the tissue, particularly of the intestinal mucous membrane of the stomach, is prevented.
It has meanwhile been found that this tissue salt is well suited to balance harmful x-rays in the organism as well as to prevent them from entering, which is why rubber gloves and aprons for x-ray examinations are partially coated with Bismuth.
Sometimes this point is numb in patients who cannot cope well with psychological strain — they react with sore stomachs, as they are not thick skinned and everything gets under their skin.
Here Bismuth gloss might be helpful, which is lovely to look at because of its weird shapes and colours. Some patients put it on the bedside table or the desk at work.
However, it is most effective if placed in water for a few days which is then drunk throughout the day in small sips.
This point involves Fatty acids and Bitter salts. This point is on the outer right lower margin of the intercostal arch, directly on the side of the body.
This point will feel painful if the fat metabolism is deficient. It is interesting, though, that this will feel painful in those patients who are for ever hungry. This also applies if the point is numb, but that is rather the exception.
What is interesting was that some patient had a preference for bitter teas, bitter chocolates and bitter herbs — which is proof that what is really important is the optimal processing of the food and not what type of food is added.
To massage the point, use Garnet, Magnetite, Prehnite or Sodalite.
At the right lateral line is an area with a diameter of approximately 5 — 6 cm which represents the metabolic control of all fats (animal and plant).
This means, i. a., that the fats are split in the small intestines and processed through bile acids so that, after separation, after splitting them into their individual components, are transported via the lymph vessels and also stored in the fatty tissue. Where this function is not guaranteed, benign fatty growth may form.
The organism essentially needs the optimal functioning of the fat metabolism because there are some vitamins which are only soluble in fat — and if this metabolism is dysfunctional, these vitamins (Vitamin A, E, D and K) are only marginally beneficial to the body.
The zone should be massaged after eating with Avocado oil (Reichel) in order to stimulate the fat digestion, because additionally it contains the relevant therapy frequencies of some of the fats.
The point which is at the same place on the left side of the body as the point for the Acidophilus zone is related to Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), i. e. has a reference to Cobalt. If it is painful, there is usually a deficiency of this vitamin.
It will always feel disagreeable or painful if the occurrence of chemical and radioactive substances in our environment is too high and our organism cannot cope with, as body’s own resistance is too weak.
Sufficient absorption of Vitamin B12 from the intestinal tract is dependent on healthy gastric juices.
Cobalt improves the absorption of Iron in the intestines and also influences the thyroid glands ability to absorb Iodine If a patient suffers from a Cobalt deficiency, he should be given Vitamin B12 in the short term, particularly, because poor Erythrocyte maturation and a serious disorder of the nervous system (bone marrow) might already be present.
If this point has to be treated for a long time, this may indicate that the Intrinsic factor is missing (bonding of Vitamin B12 to a substance from the stomach acids). This should be checked with a doctor prior to taking a supplement, so that the vitamin is not simply excreted again from the body unused. In addition to taking Vitamin B12, the point should be massaged, together with the points for Ribonucleic acid and Folic acid (at the head), as well as the Methionine point on the sternum — to improve utilization.
Vitamin B12 is found in pulse, in the roots of plants, nuts, cocoa, grain, mutton, herring, tuna, rosefish, buckling, beef kidneys and heart and chicken heart.
Precious stones for massage:
Cobalt flower, Sodalite, Calcite, Chalcedony, Sapphire and Dumortierite.
The therapy point for Chlorine is on the left-hand side of the body, starting with the Vitamin B12 point, two fingers width to the left at the outer lower costal arch.
It is wrong that Chlorine has a bad reputation as a mineral; because, together with Sodium, it causes the correct distribution of liquids in our bodies inside and outside the cells, thus improving the body’s own resistance.
Also, Chlorine is an important part of the stomach acid. Enough of it is absorbed via salt-containing foods. If patients on a low-sodium diet suffer from frequent diarrhoea or vomiting, this point will usually feel painful or numb. Seek the advice of a dietician.
Since Chlorine, as a disinfectant, irritates the mucous membranes it can happen that people exposed to the substance might complain of irritated bronchi or gastric mucous membranes.
In order to help the body to improve processing of Chlorine we only find a few minerals: For stimulation use Sodalite, Apatite, Mimetite or Vanadinite.
Directly at the left lateral line at the lower margin of the ribs is the point for testing and treating a Chromium deficiency.
Chromium in sufficient quantities is important for the smooth running of the sugar and carbohydrate metabolism — it also influences the effect of Insulin. Chromium bonds sensitise the skin and improve its flexibility — so this point may test weak or be painful if the nasal mucous membranes are hardened (in which case inhaling precious stone water might help).
A Chromium deficiency may result in increased cholesterol values and thus favour the onset of arteriosclerosis. (If during treatment of this point the patient starts to feel sick, continue with the treatment, but slightly less strong, until that feeling has disappeared!)
Chromium is contained in all black teas, meat, whole grain products, nuts, maize oil, egg yolk, beer yeast, parsley, beef and cheese.
Chromium occurs in several stones from different Chakras.

Around this point, like on the opposite side, is a zone for metabolic control, with a diameter of 5 — 6 cm — the left side is responsible fort he control of the processes of Carbohydrate digestion.
Our food contains so-called simple as well as complex sugar bonds which need to first be prepared in the body.
The body’s internal processing of Glucose and for the general production of energy for the organism may be stimulated by massaging this area. Ideally, massage with Sesame oil after eating. For this area use an oil from Reichel, which contains frequencies which support the Carbohydrate-metabolism. The effect is optimally increased by massaging the Chromium point with a Fluorite or Garnet (2. Chakra).
Southern European countries use the seed in their diet, presumably because long time ago it was found that sesame is good for digestion.
These points may be localised two fingers width above the navel and two fingers width to the right of it. The therapist is able to touch both of them simultaneously. If these two points feel painful the digestion processes of the Pancreas are insufficient. There is a lack of Pancreas digestive juices and/or too few enzymes are produced.
The Pancreatic juices are rich in various enzymes (digestion-promoting fermenting substances) — they are not described here in detail, as no background knowledge is required to stimulate these two points.
For stimulation use Sodalite, Amazonite, Agate, Citrine, Magnesite, Rhodochrosite, Markasite or Sugilite.
If these points as well as the point for Bitter salts and the Bile acid point in the neck react with pain, the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K are not being properly utilised. Relief will be brought by stimulating these points.
The area for the control of the secretion of the Pancreatic digestive juices is around the navel, approximately the size of the palm of the hand.
To massage the point, use Peanut oil from Reichel, as it contains information of proteins, fats and carbo-hydrates as well as their therapy frequencies and further useful therapeutic informations.
I do not know whether there is a connection between the increase in diabetes and the enormously increased consumption of salted peanuts during recent years.
The test point for Zinc is at the right-hand side in the middle between the navel and the upper margin of the iliac bone.
After Iron, Zinc is the trace element most common in the organism. It is of paramount importance for cellular resistance as well as for wound healing.
Zinc is part of Insulin and Carbonic anhydrase, an enzyme found in erythrocytes, the mucous membrane of the stomach and the epithelia of the renal tubules. Enough Zinc is essential for protein forming in the body and the cell nuclei. People who are short of breath or suffer from asthma also react well to Zinc in homeopath dilution — as well as people with hormonal derailments and defective gland function.
A Zinc deficiency may result in brittle hair and loss of hair and skin problems, and there may be liver dysfunctions.
Since Zinc has a calming effect on the nervous system, people who are stressed and restless (in spite of being tired) may frequently incur lack of feeling or pain.
Children who have grown too quickly are most likely to suffer from a derailment of the Zinc metabolism, and when suffering from prostate problems men also often have a pressure-sensitive Zinc point.
People with chronic intestinal illness or suffering from eye diseases will also more often have a weak Zinc point.
As already mentioned before, an excess of Zinc makes Iron utilisation more difficult and inhibits absorption of Copper.
Zinc is found in oysters, yeast, pulses, pine kernels, wheat germ, oats, nuts, cocoa, maize, onions, fish, dairy products, meat and whole grains.

The test and therapy point for the Magnesium metabolism is directly at or rather in the navel, on the right hand side. It is tested for pain or numbness by putting a finger into the patients navel and then pulling it to the right, pinching it slightly.
Magnesium is very important for the nerve and muscle cells, it improves the strength of the heart muscle and acts preventatively against thromboses. This tissue salt also acts against jaundice and other diseases of the liver and gallbladder as well as headaches connected to this. Since the function of the liver and gallbladder peaks at night it is recommended that water prepared with precious stones (prepared during the day) is taken prior to going to bed to act against night headaches or other cramps which may occur.
If there is a Magnesium deficiency, gastro-intestinal illnesses may occur, particularly if low quantities of Protein containing food are consumed; renal diseases may also occur.
Magnesium is closely related to the Iron, Potassium and Phosphorus metabolism. The mis-utilisation of Magnesium often also means insufficient Potassium and Calcium.
Magnesium is sufficiently found in fish, green vegetables, pulses, cocoa, potatoes, nuts, soya beans and whole grain products and sea salt — so that if the point is conspicuous, it is just a question of utilisation.
Following stones are optimally suited to stimulate:
- Chakra Charoite, Chlorite, Howlite, Jade, Moonstone and Serpentine
- Chakra Garnet, Lapislazuli and Spinel
- Chakra Amazonite
- Chakra Calcite, Chalcedony, Dolomite, Heliotrope, Magnesite, Rhodochrosite, Rosequartz, Sard and all Tourmalines
- Chakra Peridot or Olivine

Fire Opal and Snowflake Obsidian
Since Fire Opal and Snowflake Obsidian contain Manganese, a small round stone can be placed in the navel for the simultaneous building-up of the two points.
